a st. patty's picnic in central park

this weekend, bry and i decided to head into nyc on st. patrick's day (happy belated to all the irish!). crazy you say? we didn't go in for the parade, but we met brad and jacki (bry's brother and sister in law) and had a cute little green themed picnic in central park. 

we had the perfect weather and the yummiest food.

1. i said goodbye to my jenni-rae tuesday night. i didn't think it would be as hard as it was, but i was a mess... sobbing walking away from that girl. good thing we agreed to text as much as possible.

2. wednesday at work, while in a morning meeting, i started feeling serious flu-like body aches and chills. they let me go home and today i'm home again. i tried to go in late this morning, but they told me to just rest and get better.

3. of course it's 65 degrees today and all i feel like doing is laying inside to get better.

4. i allowed myself gatorade. i also picked up a robeks smoothie. do you know how delicious both of those taste after two weeks of drinking water only? i am in heaven.
